My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, with a lovely view over the garden and Amboise castle, were spacious enough for my family of 4, offering comfort although nothing extravagant. However, they felt cramped with a children's bed taking up space, and the tiny bathroom lacked room for toiletries around the sink.
The hotel offers lovely rooms with a beautiful view, but they are rather small if occupied by more than 2 people. The service is very obliging and the location provides a great view of the town and castle. The dining options are varied but could be improved. Overall, it's a comfortable stay with nice facilities.
The hotel is in a charming location overlooking Amboise, France, making it nice for a stroll but not particularly clean. The rooms, although considered large by European standards, were cramped, especially with a children's bed out, and the bathroom was tiny with insufficient space for toiletries around the sink. The service lacked problem-solving abilities and left guests feeling inconvenienced with simple questions, though the breakfast service was overmatched and very busy. The dining experience was poor compared to other standards known, but otherwise very good. The facilities were adequate but nothing outstanding.
